M43 cap of the ROA, which stands for "Rossiyskaya Osvoboditel'naya Armiya, Russian Liberation Army," but is written in Cyrillic as "РOA, Possiyskaya Osvoboditelnaya Armiya." The cap is made of blue-grey wool cloth with a black cotton lining and bears the RbNr: 0/2017/002, a number that corresponds to Alsace, Lorraine, or Luxembourg. A metal ROA badge is sewn onto the cap.
